bass fishing gulf course ponds

I love fishing on gulf courses because they are completely stocked with bass. My favorite baits to yous for these ponds are top water frogs, pink fluks, drop shot with watermelon red sinko, and all kinds of colors of craw fish, and spinner baits. i like fishing a drop shot in the hottest part of the day. Because the bass usually go to the deepest part pond to stay cool and a drop shot will get your bait down there. My favorite bait for the spring when bass are on there on beds spawning is a top water frog a pink fluk and i yous these baits in the early mornings and when the sun goes down. because all the bass go up shallow. i yous a medium heavy or or medium action rod because there is a lot of duck weed in these ponds. And when you set the hook on a bass it may go in the dusk weed and its hard to get out with a medium lite or fast action rod.

TCU Football

Thousands of fans screaming and cheering. watching the football game in amazing seats seeing the obscure night hawks fly in the stadium lights feeding off the poor helpless moths.  I feel the exhilarating moment when my team scores a touchdown. And then my stomach ache when there is only fifteen seconds left in the game and the opposing team kicks the ball off.  With ten seconds left my team runs it back for a touchdown and goes home with a win. I will never forget that exhilarating awesome moment when TCU comes back to win it.

Fishing!!!!

I love fishing, i go own to Barton Creek all the time. What is very cool about this creek in my mind is that the state fish of Texas lives here. It is the Guadalupe bass it dose not grow very big like the large mouth bass. Large mouth bass can grow to about 5 pound which is a BIG fish. The Guadalupe bass grow right around 3 pound at the largest. People mainly fish for them in a fly rod because the Guadalupe is known for a good fight. They usually live in running streams found only in the Texas hill country.

I fish with a 6 weight 9ft rod it is good for fishing on the bank and making long casts. My favorite fly is the wooly bugger it imitates a craw fish or a beetle of some sort. and if i was getting into fly fishing i would watch the movie The River Runs through it. Its about a small family in Montana and all they do is fly fish for trout and go to church.
